Larry Martin
Principal

Lawrence Martin is a Police Officer with 28 years of patrol and tactical experience. Lawrence is a retired patrol lieutenant, and previous commanding officer of a 140 officer multi-jurisdictional unit. Lawrence's training and practical experience will provide insight to your staff and organization. Lawrence worked as a liaison for the Lincolnwood Human Relations Commission, local school districts, Hatzalah medical providers, Federal Bureau of Investigation/Terrorism, Illinois Law Enforcement Alarm System (ILEAS) and the Northern Illinois Police Alarm System (NIPAS) and many religious institutions.

 

Lawrence has strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. He brings a strong focus to the team environment as well as training.

 

Lawrence is currently a part-time trainer with a medical tactics company that provides first responders with life saving techniques. Lawrence is a volunteer photographer for Salute, Inc. which is an organization focused on assisting veterans of our armed services.

Daniel Traeder
Principal
Daniel has over 25 years of combined military, security and public safety experience. He is a former U.S. Army soldier, private military contractor and veteran of the Lincolnwood Fire Department. Daniel's operational deployments include Korea, Philippines, Bosnia, Africa, Afghanistan, Iraq and Texas during Hurricane Harvey. Daniel is a graduate of the U.S. Army Infantry, Airborne School and Ranger School. As a member of the elite 2nd Ranger Battalion, he was responsible for the welfare, leadership and accountability of an infantry platoon.
 
During his 10 years as a Fire Fighter III and Paramedic with the Village of Lincolnwood, Daniel led the department's training programs including auto extrication training, CPR and hybrid violence simulated emergency drills. He was also a member of the MABAS (Mutual Aide Box Alarm System) Division 3 Technical Rescue Team. Daniel was recognized by the Village of Lincolnwood with a Life Saving Award in 2010 and named Firefighter of the Year in 2015.
 
Daniel earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Roosevelt University where he majored in History and minored in African Studies. Daniel volunteers with Chicago's Own Young Marines and is a five-time finisher of the Bataan Memorial Death March Marathon.
